Attorney Profiles

Marcus C. Skonieczny joined Pearson Christensen in December of 2022 after working for small boutique law firm for almost two years. Mr. Skonieczny focuses his practice on the civil side of the law, with an emphasis on business formation, estate planning, real estate and probate administration.

Mr. Skonieczny obtained his Bachelors of Accountancy in 2016 from the University of North Dakota and obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2020. Mr. Skonieczny also received his Masters of Business Administration with a focus on the legal profession in 2020.

Mr. Skonieczny was admitted to the state courts in Minnesota and North Dakota in 2021. He is a member of the State Bar Association for North Dakota, the State Bar Association for Minnesota and the Greater Grand Forks Bar Association.
